Job Description/Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation: Dial potential and existing customers to explain offerings, build interest, and convert leads into sales. Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls, address questions, resolve complaints, and provide product/service information. Data Management: Accurately record all calls, customer details, and interactions in the CRM system. Follow-ups: Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and secure sales. Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales quotas.
Job Requirements
